Tuesday, September 7th, 2010Stromatec has received a $750,000 SBIR phase 2 grant from the National Institutes of Health to continue work on the company’s proprietary “StromaTorque” technology. The two year project continues Stromatec’s efforts to provide physicians with a low cost, convenient diagnostic to help determine the cause of chronic pain and objectively determine whether connective tissue is responding to treatments such as physical therapy, massage, chiropractic and acupuncture.
